Joel and the engineering team at Stillwater Sciences brought their expert knowledge to this project and continue to take the lead in operations and data collection.
Salmonid Restoration Federation
Salmonid Restoration Federation was the lead project applicant for the Marshall Flow Enhancement Project.
Executive Director Dana Stolzman did a masterful job of managing grant applications for all phases of this project from planning and feasibility to implementation and now long-term operations and maintenance.
